RETURNS
We will accept returns and exchange only if the two below conditions are met and can be proven:
- Goods were purchased from TISOO Website (www.tisoo.id)
- If the goods are faulty and are different to the product purchased on the website
If these conditions are met, you can choose between a refund or exchange (to the same value). To return a defective product (or you feel is not as advertised), please email us at halo@tisoo.id prior to returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
ERRORS
We take full care of the accuracy of the information on our site, however, from time to time there may be typographical errors in form of price, sales literature, availability or other information issued by TISOO.
TISOO reserves the right to correct or change those typographical errors and update the information at any time (including after an order has been submitted) without any liability on the part of our brand. TISOO will not be bound by this inaccurate information that was issued or appeared on our Site or in any other form of documents.
