ONLINE STORE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to www.tisoo.id (referred to as the ‘Site’). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, sound recordings and software is owned or licensed by us and will be subject to and protected by the copyright and intellectual property laws in your location. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, print, distribute or otherwise reproduce for any commercial or business purposes whatsoever without our written permission.

TRANSACTION CURRENCY & PRICING

All prices quoted are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

ORDERS & CONTACT INFORMATION

When placing an order in the manner described on the site, you are offering to purchase the product(s) in the order for the price (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) specified on this website at the time you place your order on these Terms and Conditions.

Your contract with us is only formed when we dispatch your order and when we email your shipping confirmation. Our automated order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order, it is merely a confirmation that we have been notified of your offer to purchase the product(s) on order.

Prior to the shipping confirmation, we reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order.

You warrant that all details you provide to us for in the ordering process are correct, that the credit or debit card, or account or other payment methods which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Product. We reserve the right to perform validation and security checks of your payment details before dispatching your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

TISOO aims to ship all orders within one business day once the order has been finalised, therefore no changes can be made once the order has been finalised.

All cancellation requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been submitted to our warehouse then we will process your cancellation if possible. All emails regarding cancellations must be titled ‘Cancel Order’ in the Subject field of the email. Please include your full name and order number in the body of the email. Cancellations not titled in this manner will not be refunded.

BAHASA (LANGUAGE)

All order details need to be placed either in Bahasa Indonesia or English language only. Please note, any orders not placed in the Bahasa Indonesia or English language may not print address labels correctly and thus, will not arrive at your shipping address.

The use of diacritic marks such as ñ will not be printed and TISOO will not be liable for refund / or replacement.

PRICES

Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.

PAYMENT

1. Payment via bank transfer and credit card (Master card and VISA) are acceptable to use at our Site.
2. Order is final once payment is made and it is always best to keep your proof of payment at all times.
3. Please complete your payment within 24 hours after you have received your order confirmation. In the case of unreceived payment within 24 hours, our team member is going to contact you to confirm if you would like to cancel or still need more time to make your payment.

You will be sent an email of your invoice once your payment has been successfully processed, please allow a maximum of one business day (24 hours) for us to do.

SUBSCRIPTION

Choosing the subscription option upon purchasing our product gives us consent to contact you two to five days prior to the chosen delivery date. One of our team members will contact you to confirm and process payment for the order. Our team will reach you through the contact information that you provided us on your first purchase.

As of now, our Subscription option is only available in Bali. We will update you real soon once we are available in another city.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change and make an amendment to the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to you. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon publishing on this website. Your continued use of the website after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as so amended.
